Working Principle

Graphene Far Infrared Heating Floor Technology

The core component is a far infrared heating chip built with 21st-century high-performance graphene material, fully leveraging graphene's excellent rapid thermal conductivity and heat dissipation properties. The material's thermal conductivity reaches 5300 W/m·K. At room temperature, electron mobility exceeds that of carbon nanotubes, diamond, and silicon crystal materials, while electrical resistivity is far lower than common metal conductors such as copper and silver.

Building on these material advantages, the new-generation graphene far infrared heating chip achieves a leap in performance with thinner and lighter panels, faster heat conduction, uniform surface heating, minimal long-term performance degradation, and a designed service life of up to 50 years.

When powered, carbon atoms in the graphene chip generate thermal motion under electrical excitation. Friction and collision between carbon atoms produce heat energy, which is transmitted outward through far infrared radiation and convection, delivering whole-room heating. The chip acts as a unidirectional heat source fully encapsulated inside the floor, with all components connected through professional waterproof connectors for safe insulation and lower operating energy consumption.
