The graphene far infrared PTC heating membrane features a precision-engineered five-layer structure: PET base film, graphene heating zone, copper foil busbar, silver paste busbar, and LAMINEX adhesive film. The optimized silver-paste embossing process ensures tight contact with copper foil, significantly reducing the risk of electrical sparking at junctions.

3–15 μm Far Infrared Thermal Output

Under rated operating conditions, the product enables directional control of far infrared wavelength (data source: third-party far infrared performance test report). The heating paste is compatible with multiple substrates, meeting low, medium, and high temperature heating needs across different scenarios with uniform and stable heat output.

Waterproof Insulation

Sealed for Reliable Project Installation

The PTC membrane uses PVC waterproof insulation and a double-sealed edge process. The source specification lists IPX7 waterproof performance and insulation resistance of at least 100 MΩ under rated conditions.

Waterproof performance depends on compliant installation and correct operating conditions. Do not soak the product for prolonged periods or use it outside its rated operating conditions.
